Every day, fresh milk from our farm is made into cheese in our dairy, while customers look on!
Large windows allow visitors to watch the true cheese-making process and the important process of cutting the curd, performed by hand like in the past.
Our cheesemaker follows tradition by using only natural preservatives, such as salt and rennet, and letting the production process take as long as it needs for a quality product.
