WINE

Sassignolo is the result of careful hand-harvesting and careful selection of the grapes both on the vine and in the cellar. It is then left to rest for 14 months in oak barrels, 6 months in steel barrels and another 12 in bottles , thus favoring the development of the characteristics that so distinguish it. In fact, it has a ruby ​​red color, with reflections tending to purple and has an intense aroma of red fruits, black cherry and blackberry. The alcohol content is 14.5% and the wine is served at a temperature of 19 ° C. It is advisable to accompany it with red meats, roasts and high seasoned cheeses, in order to enjoy the best of all the experience and tradition of central Italian winemakers.
