All the milk from our farm is made into fresh and matured cow’s milk and goat’s milk cheese by hand on our premises – and you can even watch us do it!
FRESH COW’S MILK CHEESES
Soft fresh cheeses. The perfect match for fresh vegetables, they are ideal for a quick, fresh and tasty meal.
FRESH SHEEP’S MILK CHEESES
Particularly low in fat, they are popular due to their intense flavour. They are rich in nutrients as well as being very low fat. Delicious with salt, pepper and a drizzle of olive oil.
MATURE COW’S MILK CHEESES
These cheeses are matured for between 30 days and six months. They offer a wide range of textures and flavours to satisfy all palates. From the softest and mildest to the hardest and strongest. They are perfect accompanied by honey or fruit preserves.
MATURE GOAT’S CHEESES
With their characteristically intense flavour, they are popular with those who like strong flavours but want to keep their fat intake down. They have a darker rind and milky-white interior.
